Two questions decide it: do you want to play records, and how big can it be? Everything else, Bluetooth, CD, radio, USB, the lighting and the remote, is on all three.

In short
Which one for whom?
105
You play from your phone or from CD
No records in the house, and no plans to start buying them. Then you would be paying for a record player that gathers dust. The 105 does everything else and is the cheapest.
105V
You have records, and the room is a normal size
For €50 extra you get a real record player under glass. Same cabinet, same height. The right choice for most people.
128V
It has to impress, and sound the part
23 cm taller, five speakers with a subwoofer, and vinyl you can record to USB. For a man cave, a big living room or a business.
