1. Definitions

"Seller": AclaMi BV, with registered office at Smedenpoort 3 bus 4B, 9880 Aalter (VAT BE1004362546). "Consumer": any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. "Products": the jukeboxes and accessories offered on the webshop.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer made by the seller and to every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euro, including VAT and excluding any additional costs stated before the order is placed. Delivery takes place within the EU; the delivery cost shown at checkout applies (25 or 50 euro depending on the size of the item). Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the seller. Images are for illustration.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer confirms the order and payment has been accepted. The seller confirms receipt of the order by email.

5. Payment

Payments are made through the secure payment environment. Accepted payment methods: Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is processed by our payment service provider; the seller does not itself store full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place within the EU within 5 working days, by appointment. Large or heavy items are delivered by a specialised carrier who schedules a delivery slot. See the Shipping policy for details.

7. Retention of title

Delivered products remain the property of the seller until payment has been received in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason. The procedure and the model form are under Returns & withdrawal.

9. Legal guarantee

The consumer enjoys the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity on new goods (art. 1649bis et seq. of the old Belgian Civil Code / Book 6 of the Belgian Civil Code). Report defects as soon as possible after discovering them via info@replica-jukebox.com.

10. Liability

The seller's liability is limited to the amount of the order, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. The seller is not liable for indirect damage.

11. Force majeure

The seller is not liable for delay or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control (including transport problems and supplier interruptions).

12. Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to info@replica-jukebox.com. Consumers can also turn to the Consumentenombudsdienst (Belgian consumer mediation service) and the European ODR platform. Belgian law applies to this contract; the competent courts are those of the judicial district of Ghent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection.
