Delivery area & costs

We deliver within the EU, to your front door. The delivery cost shown at checkout applies (25 or 50 euro depending on the size of the item); there is no minimum order.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies by item and is stated with each product. Items in stock usually leave within two working days and are delivered in three to five working days. If an item is not in stock, we state the expected time on the product page before you order.

What delivery includes

• Delivery to your front door. The driver does not come inside and does not carry anything up stairs.
• The jukebox arrives packed in a single box, from about 22 kg (PureLine 105) to over 42 kg (PureLine 128V). Have a second person on hand to get the parcel inside.
• The machines are ready to use: out of the box, plug in. No assembly is needed. A stand does go together in a few minutes; the tools are included.

Delivery & inspection

• Check your order on receipt, before you accept the parcel.
• If you find transport damage or a wrong item on arrival, the driver takes the parcel straight back and we sort out a solution.
• If you only discover damage later, report it as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours) via info@replica-jukebox.com, with photos. We then work out a solution with you.
