How it gets through the door
We deliver across the EU, right to your front door: €25 for a stand or a small jukebox (also together with its stand), €50 for the big jukebox. There is no minimum order. How quickly it happens is stated with each product: most machines leave within two working days and arrive three to five working days after you order.
One box, no assembly
A jukebox arrives as one packed unit. Have a second person on hand: not because it is impossible alone, but because you do not want it sliding on a staircase.
Out of the box, plug in, done. There is nothing to assemble. If you order a stand, you put that together in a few minutes; the tools are included.

A standard door is plenty. A narrow spiral staircase or a tight lift is the only thing we would check beforehand.
On arrival
- Check the parcel before you sign. That is the only moment it costs you nothing.
- If you see transport damage or a wrong item, do not accept the parcel. The driver takes it straight back and we handle the rest.
- If you only spot something later, email info@replica-jukebox.com within 48 hours with photos. We will find a solution together.
If it is not for you after all
You have 30 days to change your mind, more than the legal 14. The direct cost of sending it back is yours; you can choose your own carrier or ask us to arrange it at cost. All the conditions are in the returns and withdrawal policy.
If something breaks: you have 2 years' legal guarantee with us, plus 12 months' manufacturer's warranty on top.
