30-day cooling-off period

The law gives you as a consumer 14 calendar days to change your mind after receipt. We give you 30. Within that period you may withdraw from your order without giving any reason. Let us know via info@replica-jukebox.com or with the model form at the bottom of this page.

These 30 days are a commercial commitment on top of your legal rights. They take nothing away from the legal period of 14 days, nor from the two-year legal guarantee.

How to return

• Notify us of your withdrawal via info@replica-jukebox.com (or the model form below).
• Send the item back within 14 days of your notification.
• The product must be unused and undamaged, with all accessories and in the original packaging. So keep the box until you are sure.

Cost of returning

If you withdraw, we refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery cost you paid with the order. The direct cost of sending the goods back is yours. European rules allow this, provided it is clearly stated before you buy, which is why it is also in the basket and on every product page.

A jukebox is a heavy, bulky parcel (from about 22 kg for the 105 to over 42 kg for the 128V). You may choose your own carrier, or ask us to arrange the transport: we then send you a quote at cost beforehand, so you know where you stand before the parcel leaves.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the return, we refund you within 14 days using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we have received the goods.

Exceptions

Made-to-measure or personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal. So are sealed audio recordings whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Model withdrawal form

Guarantee and warranty: two things not to confuse

Legal guarantee: 2 years. As a consumer you have two years' guarantee against us for lack of conformity. You always have that right, it cannot be limited, and it is the one you rely on in practice.

Manufacturer's warranty: 12 months. On top of that, the manufacturer gives its own twelve-month warranty. It comes in addition to the legal guarantee and does not replace it. So if the manufacturer's warranty has expired and the legal guarantee is still running, you can still simply come to us.
