What data do we process?

  • Identity and contact details (name, address, email, telephone);
  • Order and invoicing details;
  • Payment details (processed by our payment service provider; we never see full card details);
  • Technical and usage data (IP address, device, cookies; see the Cookie policy).

Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing your order and delivery: performance of the contract;
  • Accounting and statutory obligations: legal obligation;
  • Customer service and security: legitimate interest;
  • Marketing (newsletter, advertising) and non-essential cookies: consent.

Recipients and processors

We share personal data only with service providers we need to run our webshop, and only for the purposes listed above. These are the following categories of recipients: our hosting and IT providers, our checkout and payment service provider, the carrier that delivers your order and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising services. You do not need to know every supplier by name; on simple request via info@replica-jukebox.com we will send you an up-to-date list.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some service providers may process data outside the EEA (for example in the US). Where they do, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

We keep data no longer than necessary: order details and invoices for the statutory retention period (in principle 7 years for accounting purposes), other data until it is no longer needed or until you withdraw your consent.
